Our business hours are 9am – 9pm 7 days a week. Please note that our latest scheduled pick up time is at 8pm. This will give us adequate time to clean and sanitize all rentals. All of our inflatables are cleaned and sanitized before and after every rental.
About 6-10 kids can fit inside a moon bounce at a time. The number varies depending on the size of the moon bounce.
The appropriate ages for jumping inside a moon bounce are 2-14 years old. Some of our larger slides are not appropriate for children under the age of 4 years old.

Yes, a credit/debit card Non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at time of booking to reserve any rental item. This is because inflatables are rented on a first come first reserved basis. The remaining balance is due on delivery. Please note that reservations of $300 or more require a deposit of 25%.
You can cancel your rental for any reason. If you cancel 7 days before your scheduled event, we will give you a future credit for your deposit amount for any rentals within 1 year period following your cancellation date. If you cancel later than 7 days before your scheduled event, we will not refund or give future credit for your deposit. Please note that weather related cancellations are only determined on the day of the rental and will result in a complete refund of any deposit.
You may cancel at any time for weather related conditions. We also reserve the rights to cancel any rental due to severe weather conditions. We will give you a call to reschedule your reservation for another day or to provide a full refund of your deposit. We will not provide any refund once theinflatables are set up.
Yes, all moon bounces and other inflatables are cleaned and sanitized before and after every rental.
We deliver to Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia. We are located in Montgomery County, MD and we offer free delivery and setup for areas within 25 miles from our location. Please call to see if you are within our free delivery area. A delivery fee applies to areas more than 25 miles from our location.
Yes, but there is an additional $85 for insurance fee. So also, the lessee must make sure that moon bounces are allowed and that the place has a power source. In the case that there is no power source, we rent generators for $85.
A 17′ x 17′ area is required for all the moon bounces. All areas must be an unobstructed-level area with no rocks, sticks, or other things that could puncture the moon bounce. If there are any overhead branches, please cut them before we arrive to install your moon bounce. There will be an extra charge if we have to clean the area.
The best surface is a level grassy area but, we can also set up on concrete. Please specify when making your reservations which surface we will be setting up on so that we can bring the appropriate anchors for your event.
Dogs (animals) must be tied/caged before and during event. Turn off automatic sprinklers. Do not water grass the night before. Pick up all objects that may potentially puncture the moon bounce.
Yes, you need an outlet near the setup area. The blower runs continuously. If you would like to set up our moon bounce at a park of a place without an electrical outlet, we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge of $85.
We will suggest 3-4 weeks in advance before your scheduled event. However, we generally have inventory available for last minute bookings, but you may miss out on your child’s favorite character or design of moon bounce. All units are booked on a first come, first reserve basis.
Yes, we deliver on all of the holidays and week days.
No. At this time we do not offer this option. We offer free delivery and setup to areas within 25 miles from our location.
The Lessee is responsible for moon bounce after delivery and setup. An adult MUST supervise the moon bounce anytime the moon bounce is inflated. This person is also responsible for the safety of the children, as well as, the care of the equipment by making sure that ALL safety rules and regulations are followed. We can also provide an attendant to free you from having to worry about who is watching the moon bounce. This must be requested at least 10 days prior to your reservation day and there is an additional attendant charge of $25/hour.
Yes, we are not responsible for injuries occurring to any persons using the inflatables or other rented items. The lessee agrees to hold Joyful Kids Jump harmless against any injury and claims to property damage. The lessee also agrees to read and review the rules posted on the rented equipment for safe operation.
Yes, we offer discount for renting more than one unit if units are rented and delivered at the same time. Call us for further details.
We accept cash and credit/debit cards (Visa, Master Card, and Discover). We do not accept personal checks.
